Seasoned Chef Henry Butcher Sr created this special blend of creole seasonings in 1994. A native of Shreveport, Louisiana, where the colorful and flavorful dishes were created way down in the Bayou. Chef Butcher opened Chef Butcher's Creole Kitchen in 2006 in Columbus, Ohio with his three children serving up dishes such as Jambalaya, Etouffee's, and hearty gumbos, all made with our special creole seasonings.
